What size should I order?

Can I edit an order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate edits on orders that have been submitted. You can however cancel the order and try again. If an order is being processed, we cannot cancel it, but you may be able to return it in the future.

How can I return an item?

If you're interested in processing a return, please email us at contact@herababyco.com. Include your name, order number, and reason for return, in the email. We cannot accept items that have been worn, so please inspect your items before washing and wearing!

How do I wash my items?

Washing your items properly is an important part in caring for your bamboo clothing.

Machine wash with cold water, with like fibers, and on a delicate cycle. 

Hang dry for best results.

What is the average processing and shipping time?

We aim to get all orders out within 3 business days. The exception to that is sales or large drops, where processing time may vary (we'll let you know when that happens). 

Shipping times vary by carrier. If you know you'd like your items shipped faster, you can choose a quicker shipping method at check out. 

Are there any minimums to qualify for free shipping?

Yes, your order needs to be at least $30 (after discounts) to qualify for our free shipping. 

Orders under $30 will be subject to current shipping fees.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer free international shipping to Canadian residents on orders over $85 USD. Orders under $85 USD are subject to international shipping rates. In addition to that, the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties incurred during the customs process.
