What size should I order?
Can I edit an order once it has been submitted?
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate edits on orders that have been submitted. You can however cancel the order and try again. If an order is being processed, we cannot cancel it, but you may be able to return it in the future.
How do I make a return or exchange?
If you're interested in processing a return, please email us at contact@herababyco.com. Include your name, order number, and reason for return, in the email. We cannot accept items that are missing tags, have been washed, or have been worn. Please inspect your items before washing and wearing!

How do I care for my items?
Washing your items properly is an important part in caring for your bamboo clothing.
Machine wash with cold water, with like fibers, and on a delicate cycle.
Hang dry for best results.
What are the processing and shipping times?
We aim to get all orders out within 3 business days. The exception to that is sales or large drops, where processing time may vary (we'll let you know when that happens).
Shipping times vary by carrier. If you know you'd like your items shipped faster, you can choose a quicker shipping method at check out.
Is there free shipping to the U.S?
Yes, your order needs to be at least $30 (after discounts) to qualify for our free shipping in the United States
Orders under $30 will be subject to current shipping fees.

Is there free shipping to international addresses?
Yes, we offer free international shipping to Canadian residents on orders over $85 USD. Orders under $85 USD are subject to international shipping rates. In addition to that, the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties incurred during the customs process.

How do I use my rewards points?
On our webpages, there is a rectangle with a present on the mid-left side. Click that and you will be brought to the rewards page. This is where you can sign up for an account and access your rewards. To redeem, click the "redeem" button and you will be given options based on the amount of rewards earned.
Note: Rewards codes can only be used ONCE. If you purchase less than the reward amount, you will not be able to access the remaining amount.
