Processing Times

Items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed. After the 3 days, if you haven't been notified of a delay, you may contact the store to inquire about your order. 

Note: Sales and certain drops will require us to lengthen this time. You will be notified in advance of changes to our processing times. 

Shipping fees

Standard shipping is free to the U.S customers when you order $30 USD in product. For our Canadian customers, shipping is free when you order $85 USD in product. 

International Shipping

We do offer free international shipping to Canada for orders over $85 USD. For orders under that amount, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

In addition, Hera is not responsible for any taxes and duties incurred during the shipping process and you make have to pay these when your order arrives. 

Expedited Shipping

If you would like to receive your order faster, select expedited shipping at check out. It is an additional shipping fee, but it ensures that your most wanted items will get to you faster.
