Seamless Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at contact@herababyco.com

Please include your name, order number, and reason for returning.

If your return is accepted, you will be asked to mail back the product and a shipping label will be provided to you.

Return Policy

We will accept unworn and unwashed clothing items for up to 14 days after purchase. Returns initiated after 14 days will not be approved. Please inspect your clothing items once they have arrived for any possible damage or defect.

You can return an item for a card refund or merchandise credit. If your item has a defect and you'd like to exchange it, please review the exchange policy and complete the above steps.

We have the right to not approve any return. 

Exchange Policy

If an item is not up to your standards or has a defect, we'd happy be happy to exchange that item for you. If that exact item is not available, we will find the closest like item, but there are times where we cannot size up your item or exchange for the exact print. We will work with these situations on a case-by-case basis.
